Bridgette DuPont
Broker / Owner
Bridgette DuPont is the Broker / Owner of Key Breeze Property Management, formally known as Seair Properties, located in Dana Point, CA. She purchased the company in 2021 after it had been operating successfully for over 40 years. Bridgette has been active in the Real Estate industry for 28 years in residential sales and property management. She owns and operates long and mid-term rentals properties of her own and has experience in flipping properties and renovations.
Bridgette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing degree from University of Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition she is a licensed Broker in Ca since 2007, licensed Salesperson in NV since 1994, and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
Bridgette’s also has a life outside of work where she enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and football! She is married and has 3 children, Alyssa, Alina and Butter. Her family moved to Dana Point in 2021 for her son Butter to play high school football in South Orange County.
Melinda Ollangg
Property Management Specialist
Melinda is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She moved to Dana Point, CA in February 1999 and has worked at Key Breeze Property Management (Previously Seair Properties) since then as well. Melinda is very detail oriented and meticulous about completing her daily tasks. She has been assisting in most aspects of property management and enjoys working with tenants, owners, and contractors alike.
Melinda comes from a large family and has many nieces and nephews. During her time outside of work she enjoys playing/watching sports, and you can find her out on her daily e-bike rides throughout Dana Point, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano. She is a well known staple amongst locals!
